"The Hill"

We all have or will have that "hill" in our life. I have had "the hill" in my roller coaster of a life where you keep feeling like you're going down hill and can't stop. You desperately try, but you can't slow down and you just want it to stop. There's no end in sight, and your life seems to keep piling up with bigger and bigger problems. Everybody goes through it, because life is full of sin and sadness. Trust in the Lord to help power your cart to get you back up that "hill" of yours.  I can start to see the top of my hill already. I know that once I get back up, I will have many more hills in my way but by the grace of God I will make it though them. :)

2. Fantasy: Why do we make books if we can't escape to our fantasy worlds?

        3. Romance: You always need some friendship and love in your books.
        
        4. Animals: Books are always better with animals.
     
        5. Crafts: They always inspire me.

What I've been reading

Hey. So I've been reading a lot lately! Right now, I need my fourteenth Warriors book from the library. Also, I am currently reading The Red Pyramid series. I am almost half way done with the first book. So far I really recommend it! Keep reading!

Spring Book Review

So, I have been reading a lot of books these past few months. Though, they have all been from the same series of books. I love reading the Warriors by Erin Hunter. The books are so addicting. The Warriors books are about cats that live in four clans, Shadowclan, Riverclan, Windclan, and Thunderclan. Most of the story takes place in Thunderclan. The cats in the forest all believe in Starclan, their warrior ancestors. Though I won't spoil anything, the books are great!

I started to read the Survivors series which is also by Erin Hunter. I really enjoyed the books I have read so far. This time it is a series about dogs trying to cope after the city they lived in was destroyed by a hurricane, if they were loners, scavengers, or dogs that live with their owners it was very hard to make a new life in the forest.

I love the Erin Hunter books because of the twists and turns that happen. I really recommend the warriors and survivors series. If you want to find more information about the books go to,

First BIG Snow Fall Of The Year!

I can't believe how much snow we are having!!! (for Virginia). I will finaly be able to play in it. Best of all, no school. I hope all of you will have wonderful snow days.

My Gymnastics

I love gymnastics so much. I go to NASA for my classes. I have only done a few classes but I still like going to as many times as I can. I made a gymnastics video on You Tube for fun. It’s called Gymnastics Mix, but if you want to find it fast all you have to type in on You Tube his famcore d. I really like doing gymnastics on the bars and on the floor. The beam isn’t my favorite, but I still like it. As far as my favorite gymnast, I have to say the Gabby Douglas is my favorite. Gymnastics is a great sport for working all parts of your body. Currently I have almost mastered a back- handspring on the tumble track by myself. I can’t wait to go to my next class.

Winter Book Reviews

I never really liked reading, until I found the book that kept me on edge. Now that I found that book I understand how people love reading. Now that I found a great book, I love reading.

Leepike Ridge – Author – N. D. Wilson

My Thoughts - This book was great. I love the suspense and how he wrote it. Over all I loved this book. N. D Wilson is a talented writer. I give it 4/5.

 Survivors - Author – Erin Hunter

My Thoughts – This book was AMAZING!! There are three books in the series that I know of. I have read two of them and I can’t wait to get the third! The story and plot is great. I give it 5/5.

 Mara – Author – Eliose Jarvis McGraw

My Thoughts - Don’t be fooled by the tiny print. It pays off. This book felt very long to me. If you keep reading it, by the end you’ll be glad you did. I give it 4/5
