Winter Book Reviews

I never really liked reading, until I found the book that kept me on edge. Now that I found that book I understand how people love reading. Now that I found a great book, I love reading.

Here’s a list of books that I have read and that I love!!

 

Leepike Ridge – Author – N. D. Wilson

My Thoughts - This book was great. I love the suspense and how he wrote it. Over all I loved this book. N. D Wilson is a talented writer. I give it 4/5.

 Survivors - Author – Erin Hunter

My Thoughts – This book was AMAZING!! There are three books in the series that I know of. I have read two of them and I can’t wait to get the third! The story and plot is great. I give it 5/5.

 Mara – Author – Eliose Jarvis McGraw

My Thoughts - Don’t be fooled by the tiny print. It pays off. This book felt very long to me. If you keep reading it, by the end you’ll be glad you did. I give it 4/5

Fall!

There are so many things you can do in the fall. This is my favorite season, mostly because of the really nice weather. Though, there is Halloween and Thanksgiving too.

Halloween is one of my favorite holidays. I really enjoy picking out my costume. The only thing that is hard for me as I pick out my outfit is that my costume must be warm enough for the cold weather. Another reason why I like Halloween is all of the candy. It's so fun going house to house getting candy. The people that hand out the candy give so many different kinds. They give lolly pops, Laffy Taffy's, M & M's, candy corn and much more!

Thanksgiving is also a holiday I really enjoy. I think it is a great time for family to come together. When I have thanksgiving I usually go over to my cousins' house. My Grandpa and his wife come along as well as my brother and sister. On Thanksgiving, there is so much warmth around me. I love all of the festive colors on Thanksgiving. Red, orange, and yellow are all such warm colors, just like Thanksgiving!

Fall has so many activities. I wish fall was longer so I could have time to do them all!
